Governing Documents

RUSA is the campus-wide undergraduate student government for Rutgers -- New Brunswick.  As a student government, it's main composition, powers, and limitations are established in a Constitution, which is ratified by the student body as a method of ensuring the legitimacy of student government.  The Assembly then has the authority to adopt Standing Rules (by-laws) which further develop how the Assembly works.  Additionally, the Assembly may adopt standing orders to facilitate how it or its subsidiary bodies operate.
